and Damselflies of Cape Cod (published by the Cape Cod Museum of Natural History in
1991) and recent field sightings. Common names are based on the list of Common Names of North American
Dragonflies and Damselflies, recently published by the Dragonfly Society of the
Americas in their newsletter Argia (volume 8, number 2, August 1996).
